Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with any outside sources.
How long we retain your data
Where you are a candidate through booking a course, we retain your data for as long as you remain an active participant. Where there has not been any activity for three years we will contact you to check you still wish to retain your account with us. Where you decide to cancel your account or we do not hear further from you, your data will be deleted. Where you have subscribed to receive marketing correspondence from us we will keep your personal data for marketing purposes and for the period of time referred to above. This is subject to exercising your right to unsubscribe from receiving such correspondence at any time.
Requesting access to the data and deletion
Subscribers are able to edit, update and unsubscribe their Personal Data held by Mailchimp for Embody Move, and if you have any queries or complaints we encourage you to contact us at info@touchdowndance.co.uk.
Alternatively, and if you have given personal data at point of booking a course you may make a formal request to have us rectify any inaccurate Personal Data on your behalf by sending an email to info@touchdowndance.co.uk. Your email should also attach a copy of your passport or national identity card (for identity verification purposes).

How we protect your data
All website data is submitted over SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. Your data is stored on password protected devices.
